We’ve made marketing to new customers as simple and straight forward as possible for busy business owners like you. We want to make sure you understand all the aspects of the program and hope these FAQs will help answer your questions.
Q. Will my bill be the same amount each month?
A. No, it will vary slightly depending on the number of movers that move into your area in any given month. We find most areas have a pretty consistent average that we can share during the quotation process
Q. Can I change my ad?
A. For our Basic Program, you get 1 free ad redesign each year. For our Premium program, you can switch out offers and ad designs up to 4 times a year for free.
Q. Does your program reach homeowners and renters?
A. Yes, the demographics for movers has changed over the years with more families choosing to rent instead of buy. For this reason, we include renters in our New Mover list but select renters with an annual income of over $80,000 a year.
Q. Are all of the mailing addresses 100% accurate?
A. We wish we lived in a perfect world with perfect data. We conduct address checks with the USPS for deliverability and accuracy for each mailing, but even the USPS database in not 100% accurate so a few undeliverable addresses have been known to slip through. We try to minimize this with multiple data quality checks.
Q. Can I get a list of all the people my add goes to each month?
A. Yes, our invoices include a record of the people who receive the mailing. In addition, we can email you a copy of the new mover mailing list so you can any follow-up mailings on your own.
Q. What if you don’t have a program in my area?
A. No program, no problem. It takes only 4 advertisers to support 1 program area. If you’d like to partner with fellow area businesses and work together to get your word out, then send us their names we will contact them and explain the program.
Q. How do new movers get added to the mailing list?
A. New movers are added using several data points including but not limited to USPS change of address database, change of utilities triggers, credit reporting agencies, magazine subscriptions and many more.
Q. Can I pay via credit card?
A. Yes, paying via credit card is a preferred method. If you want to pay by check each month we will send you your monthly invoice via email.
Q. What if I want to cancel?
A. The Basic program requires a 6-month contract which will automatically renew every 6 months. Our Premium program does not require a contract and you can cancel at any time.
Q. What does the price include?
A. You are charged the set program amount ($0.95 for Basic, $1.15 for Premium) for each new mover every month. The price includes the mailing list,
